Shipping & Delivery

1. General Shipping Information
We ship our products within Germany and to all member states of the European Union. All orders are shipped exclusively via DHL. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of order confirmation.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping is charged as a flat fee per order and is borne by the buyer:
- Germany: €9.90 per order
- All other EU member states: €22.00 per order
All shipping rates are net amounts plus statutory VAT. There is no minimum order value and no free shipping threshold. The shipping cost applicable to your delivery address is displayed in the checkout before the order is completed.
3. Delivery Times
The following delivery times apply from order confirmation and stock availability:
- Germany: approx. 1–2 business days
- Other EU countries: approx. 2–6 business days (depending on destination country)
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays. Delays caused by external factors (e.g. high shipping volumes, customs clearance) are outside our control. We will notify you promptly in case of delays.
4. Shipping Restrictions
We deliver within Germany and to all member states of the European Union. We currently do not ship to destinations outside the European Union. For enquiries regarding delivery to your country, please contact us at contact@reip-racing.com.
5. Order Tracking
After dispatch, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with your DHL tracking number. You can track your shipment at any time at www.dhl.de.
6. Damaged or Lost Shipments
Please inspect all goods carefully upon receipt.
- Damaged goods: Please contact us immediately at contact@reip-racing.com and provide photos of the damaged items and packaging.
- Lost parcels: If your order has not arrived within 10 business days, please contact us. We will investigate with DHL and arrange a replacement shipment if necessary.
7. Returns & Claims
No statutory right of withdrawal applies in purely commercial transactions (B2B). Returns are only accepted in cases of defects or delivery errors and must be registered in advance in writing at contact@reip-racing.com. Our General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply.
